Advertising Please see below an outline of all the current advertising that is in place for each event, where applicable. If anyone has any ideas to add to this and not duplicate them, please feel free to use the form at the bottom to send in your suggestion. - A large 12ft x 4ft banner outside of the hall (Where allowed and possible).
- A double-sided a-frame chalkboard outside the entrance, displaying Sparkles Events, the event type, free admission, everyone welcome.
- 200 a5 flyers on cars, in shops and around the general area of the event.
- Over 500 Leaflets distributed around the local area's of the events
- 50 a4 flyers up around the town/city of the event.
- Fluorescent signs put up on the morning of the fair, where possible, with arrows stating craft fair today.
- 10 bright road signs with arrows are placed around the local area on the morning on each event
- 1 smaller chalkboard, and white board up at any other entrance to the venue stating craft fair today.
- Each event is also on every website I can find to put it on.
- In the "whats on" section of the EDP paper
- Events where possible are also in the dispatch magazine.
- Events are advertised in the Circular magazines around Norfolk
- I also ask each stall holder at every event they attend to place on the tables the a5 or a4 lists of dates we have coming up.
- Please note, it is not possible to do some things, as sadly a fine would be applied to Sparkles Events, it is not therefore possible to hand out leaflets in the street, in case one is dropped.
- I will also next year, be doing my best to add an a4 and a5 flyer in with each invoice I send, so each crafter can copy these, and place them up where possible.
- I am also hoping to get an outdoors pop-up banner, to put next to the main entrance of each event.
If you have any other suggestions, then please send them through on the below form, and I will have a look into them.
