Terms and Conditions
 
Please read through the Terms and Conditions below before booking with Sparkles Events.
 
Failure to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions could result in you being asked to leave the fair and forfeiting all monies paid. Sparkles Events reserves he right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
 
Stall Space Booked
  • Please ensure that you book adequate space for your craft
  • Tables are only supplied at certain venues, so please ensure you read the booking forms.
  • Exhibitors must keep within the space booked, any stands, tables or items outside of this area, will need to be removed.
  • No tables are to be put in the space between stalls, you can double bank your tables as long as this is in your space and does not improach on anyone else's space.
  • Exhibitors are only allowed to display and sell the items that are listed on the booking form, unless consent is given by Sparkles Events prior to the event, Sparkles Events reserves the right to ask for any unauthorised products to be removed.
 
Electricity
  • Electricity is provided if stated on booking form. A maximum of 200watts is permitted per stand and you must bring your own extension leads.
  • No kettles or heaters are permitted
  • Sparkles Events will not be held responsible for loss of power at any event.
General
  • Sparkles Events does not guarantee exclusivity to any exhibitor.ation & Trading
  • Sparkles Events reserve the right to ask exhibitors to remove any goods considered unsuitable.
  • All stalls must be presented to a professional standard. At very least all tables must have a table cover on them ideally to the floor, Sparkles Events reserves the right to remove stands that are not considered presentable. For events in November and December, Exhibitors should make every effort to present their stands appropriately in a festive manor.
  • To comply with Trading Standard Regulations, all exhibitors must ensure that all goods are clearly priced, and any certificates that are needed are clearly displayed.
 
Insurance
  • Sparkles Events strongly recommend that all exhibitors have their own public liability and business insurance.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for every object displayed on their stand including liability of all claims arising from handling of objects.
  • Exhibitors shall indemnify Sparkles Events against all claims, damages or expenses arising from any incident, that may occur at the fair.
 
Public Safety
  • Exhibitors that arrive after 30mins before the open of the fair will not be allowed to set up their stand and no monies will be refunded.
  • All exhibitors are strongly requested not to pack up until after the published closing time as stated by Sparkles Events
  • You must not move your table forward (outside your allocated space) or place goods or tables of any kind in the public walkways.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their stand - Please see note on insrance
  • Boxes or trolleys must not be taken through the hall while the fair is open to the public.
  • At no time must goods block the aisles
  • Animals are not allowed at any venues
  • No smoking is permitted at the venue at any time
  • If you are placed near to a fire exit, it is your responsibility to ensure you leave access to the Fire Exit, completely clear, from any chairs, boxes etc, this must be a big enough gap for 2 wheel chaires to get through next to each other.
 
Cancellations
  • Cancellations will only be accepted up to one calendar month before the fair, Deposits are non refundable.
  • If payment is not received before the payment due date on the invoice then it will be assumed you no longer require the space and Sparkles Events will re let. Deposits are non refundable nor are they transferable. If payment received after payment date on invoice then it will only be accepted if space has not been re-let.
  • Cancellations may be advised by phone, but must be confirmed in writing.
  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • If for some reason you do not show or pay for 3 consecutive fairs without an explanation, then all future bookings will be cancelled, deposits will not be returned and you will forfeit your chance to exhibit with Sparkles Events again.
  • At any stage, if Sparkles Events feels adequate, They can ban any stall holder from future events, The stall holder will be informed both verbally and in writing regarding the matter, If this is the case, any monies paid to that date, will not under any circumstances be refunded.
 
Abandonment
  • Sparkles Events will not assume responsibility in the event of the fair being abandoned, cancelled or curtailed.
